Monthly Tuition
The monthly tuition rate is based on the number of possible lessons for each current month. Tuition payments received by the tenth of the month reserve the lesson time for you for that month. Currently scheduled lesson times are not guaranteed if tuition payment is made after the tenth of the month.
Lesson Cancellation
- A lesson credit of $20.00 is given if teacher has to cancel lesson.
- No lesson charge for holidays when Coffey Music is closed.
- No credit for missed lessons.
- No make-up or rescheduling of lessons.
Inclement Weather Policy
Lessons are cancelled when Carroll County Public Schools are closed for inclement weather. However, there may be times when it is safe to hold lessons when Carroll County Schools are closed. If that is the case, please check the message board on the website for current information.
Summer Policy
Lessons continue through the summer. If you chose to discontinue lessons for the summer and would like to maintain your current lesson time for the fall, tuition payments are due before the tenth of the month for each month. Lesson times will be forfeited if tuition payment is not received before the tenth of the month. Lesson times are not guaranteed for the fall if lessons are discontinued through the summer.
Cancellation Policy
A full month notice is required before termination of lessons.
Late Fees & Charges
- $10.00 charge added to payment received after 10th of month
- $20.00 charge added to payment received after 20th of month
- $20.00 charge for returned check
